Throughout history, photography has been a space where women have been both observed and heard. They have been the faces in timeless portraits and the unseen forces shaping the medium from behind the lens. Whether capturing everyday moments, acts of defiance, or personal transformations, women have used photography as a tool for storytelling, empowerment, and self-expression.

For its 46th edition, AAP Magazine is dedicated to celebrating the essence of women—their strength, beauty, perseverance, wisdom, and the invaluable roles they play in our world. We are calling for submissions that present a powerful, cohesive visual narrative centered on women. Whether you choose to document social issues, personal experiences, or creative interpretations, we want to see images that convey the depth and richness of women’s lives.

There are no restrictions on subject matter. Your work can delve into portraiture, fashion, fine art, documentary, commercial, sports, or conceptual photography. We encourage photographers to explore different methods, whether digital, film, experimental techniques, or monochromatic processes.

Winning entries will receive $1,000 in cash prizes, be published in AAP Magazine Issue #46, and gain international recognition through press exposure and media features. This is more than a competition—it’s a tribute to the spirit of women through the powerful medium of photography.
