AAP Magazine invites photographers to present their work for an opportunity to be featured in its 62nd printed issue, Travels. Applicants must submit a cohesive collection of photographs that forms a unified portfolio or photographic project. Individual images without a clear connection to the overall body of work may not meet the publication requirements. Photographs previously published in AAP Magazine are not eligible for entry.
The competition offers photographers the chance to gain editorial recognition and reach an international audience through publication, promotional opportunities, and cash awards totaling $1,000. Selected winners will have their winning images or full portfolios published in AAP Magazine Vol. 62 and featured in the online Winners Gallery on All About Photo. Each winner will also receive a complimentary copy of the printed magazine and benefit from extensive press coverage and international exposure.
Submissions will be judged on creativity, originality, and the visual and emotional strength of the photographs. The final results will be shared through the All About Photo website, newsletter, and social media accounts.
The first-place award includes a $500 cash prize, an exclusive interview, and publication of the winner's photographs or complete portfolio in the issue dedicated to Travels. The winning photographer will receive a free copy of AAP Magazine, which will be available for purchase and distributed via Blurb, and their work will be presented in the All About Photo online Winners Gallery.
