All About Photo invites photographers to submit a carefully curated and cohesive photographic portfolio for publication in AAP Magazine. The competition focuses on unified bodies of work rather than individual, unrelated photographs, and only projects demonstrating a consistent visual direction will be considered for publication. Previously published images from earlier editions of AAP Magazine cannot be entered again.
The selected photographers will benefit from a combination of cash awards, editorial publication, and international visibility. With $1,000 in total cash prizes, the competition offers winners the opportunity to have their photographs or entire portfolios published in the 62nd printed edition of AAP Magazine, titled Travels. In addition to receiving a complimentary magazine copy, all winners will be featured in the online Winners Gallery at All About Photo and benefit from extensive press coverage and worldwide exposure.
The jury will assess each submission based on its creativity, originality, and ability to create a strong visual or emotional response. Winners will be announced on the All About Photo website and promoted through its newsletter and social media platforms.
The photographer awarded first place will receive $500 in cash, an exclusive interview, and the publication of their winning photographs or complete portfolio in AAP Magazine Vol. 62: Travels. The winner will also receive a free printed copy of the magazine, which will be sold and distributed through Blurb, and gain additional visibility through the All About Photo online Winners Gallery.
