The 10th PANNONIA REFLECTIONS photography salon welcomes both amateur and professional photographers worldwide. Submission of photographs implies consent for their use in the exhibition catalog, on the website, and for promotional purposes. The exhibition disclaims liability for copyright misuse and reserves the right to remove images without proper permissions.


DATA PROTECTION

By participating, entrants consent to their supplied personal details being processed by the exhibition organizers. This information may be shared with organizations officially associated with the exhibition. Entrants acknowledge that entry status and results may be publicly disclosed.

The contest will adhere to FIAP, PSA, and FZS regulations.


SECTIONS

  • OPEN COLOR and OPEN MONOCHROME have PSA recognition.

  • PEOPLE (color or monochrome), MINIMALISM (color or monochrome), and WATER (color or monochrome) lack PSA recognition.

    • Minimalism emphasizes simplicity with clean lines and minimal color.

    • No additional definitions exist for People and Water themes. Creativity is encouraged.


Entries must align with the strictest definitions to gain recognition from all International Organizations granting validation.

Each photo may be submitted to only one section. Similar or identical photos cannot be sent to different categories. Entrants can only submit works not previously presented at past Pannonia Reflections salons.


DIGITAL ENTRY INFORMATION

Images must be in JPG format, with a maximum size of 1920x1080 pixels and 3 MB per file. Submission methods include online uploading or via email using a mandatory entry form.

Entrants must avoid generic titles like "Untitled" or camera capture filenames. Each image must have a unique title and can be entered only once in a section.

The exhibition follows PSA rules, presenting an entrant's images across four rounds of judging, distributed evenly. Images created by AI are prohibited. All elements in the image must be photographed by the submitting author, holding the copyright for all submitted works.


ENTRY FEE

The entry fee is 18 EUR (25 USD) for all sections without a printed catalog and 30 EUR (35 USD) for all sections with a quality printed catalog. Payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, or cash sent to the organizer's address.

  • Awards: April 10, 2024


JURY MEMBERS

Jury members include Jure Kravanja, Istvan Virag, and Zvonko Radičanin. More information about the jury is available on the Pannonia Reflections website.


AWARDS

Various medals, ribbons, and special awards will be presented to winners. FIAP and PSA medals and ribbons will be offered in multiple sections. The jury reserves the right to grant additional awards, with each author eligible for only one award per section.


REPORT CARD NOTIFICATIONS

All participants will receive report card notifications via email.


CATALOG

Participants paying the full entry fee will receive a quality printed catalog, while others will receive a PDF version. Both versions will be available on the exhibition's website.
