Wiesbadener Fototage - Festival of Contemporary Photo Art and Documentary Photography

1.1. Die Wiesbadener Fototage (Wiesbaden Photo Days) were created in 2002 on the initiative of photographers and is still one of the oldest existing photo festivals in Germany. 1.2. At the heart of the 13th Wiesbadener Fototage are seven exhibitions on the annual theme »FUTURE? WHAT FUTURE?!«. An independent jury will select up to 35 photo series/video works. 1.3. In addition, the organizer awards two sponsorship prizes among all selected photographers - the jury‘s prize and the audience prize. Both prizes are endowed with 1,500 euros each and are donated by the Oschatz Visuelle Medien company. 1.4. A comprehensive catalog is published for the festival. 1.5. All photographers nominated for the exhibitions receive an expense allowance of 250 euros. 1.6. If the nominees attend the opening weekend of the Wiesbadener Fototage, a travel allowance of up to 150 euros will be granted.
