Tuŝis means "touched" in Esperanto. Dek Unu Arts seeks fine art photography projects that celebrate the artist's creative "touch." Photomanipulations, montage/collage, experimental, alt-process, photomix, lens-based hybrids, and other "crafted" photo projects. Judges consider creative and technical quality over career stage or pedigree. Five winners to be published in a special edition of Dek Unu Magazine online and in print. All selected artists' entry fees are refunded. Overall winner receives $250 USD award.
