Residency of Creation and Photographic Experimentation

A meeting place for photographers from all over the world, which we have not been able to celebrate during these last two years, but which returns stronger than ever to celebrate together the X edition of Revela'T.

Would you like to spend a week of photographic immersion together with other international artists carrying out an analog photography project that will be exhibited at Revela'T 2023?

Those chosen from the call will have the opportunity to participate in a unique cultural and artistic exchange, where they can express themselves and spend a week with other artists who are moved by the same passion as you. International photographers with a common interest in sharing, living and experimenting from historical processes to new approaches to contemporary chemical photography, and all this in the context of what is probably the most important analog photography festival in the world.

The Residency will be held between the first and second week of the festival, from Sunday 11 to Sunday 18 September 2022.

During this period, the participants will share space, concerns, ways of working, ideas, concepts, procedures, they will be able to develop a project jointly or individually, they will attend many of the festival's activities (a world meeting of analog photography festival directors, talks, seminars, workshops... and of course they will have access to the exhibitions, the trade fair, the photographic market and much more), they will come into contact with the majority of photographers who exhibit in this edition (and some prominent figures), they will enjoy of exclusive demonstrations, visits to heritage, museums, galleries and some place inaccessible to most ;-)

Anything else? Well YES

In addition, they will be with us celebrating the most important weekend of the festival, September 16, 17 and 18. And this year its TENTH edition.

The coordinators/tutors of this exchange will be, on this occasion, our friends and collaborators, Laura Aubrée and Enrique Freaza, who have also been part of the Residency in previous editions.

What do you have to do to participate?

Fill in the form explaining what moves you, your passion, your projects, your desires, attach photographs and motivations, formalize the registration with a small fee that will be used in its entirety to pay for the stay of the selected ones, who will only have to cover the trip to Barcelona...

And finally, just wait to be one of the selected ones...

In this case we are sure that you will meet people like you, probably future friends with whom you will share much more from this experience, as has already happened in many other cases.
