Documenting the intrinsic nature of the human form through capturing the personal essence of a person is the aim for achieving an outstanding portrait photograph. We tend to seek out to photograph a person purely because we find interesting visual forms and indispensable characteristics of a person, wishing to feature their individualistic visual essence. The act of capturing a moment through taking a photograph of someone in time is an important document of life. A range of emotional gestures and pure visual expressions are desired to show the range of personalities of the various people represented for their personal essence. The Human Depiction exhibition will feature various forms of photography, images of a broad range of takes on the portrait photography genre.
