The aim is to promote knowledge of the Sierra de Francia region, in the south of the province

of Salamanca, and to fund the Foundation's project, entitled "Thematic Library of the

Sierra de Francia," located in the village of San Miguel de Robledo (formerly Arroyomuerto). The literary theme

is open, although preference will be given to submissions that include references to towns, people, events, monuments, or landscapes

of the Sierra de Francia. This year's photographic theme should capture the vibrant spirit of rural Spain, in its broadest sense.
