FREE ENTRY / Vilnius Analog Photography - Open Call 2025

This year, the Vilnius Analog Photography and Film festival invites you to experience vernacular photography, to be anonymous, informal and spontaneous through its characteristics. What happens when time erodes much of the historical context from a photograph, and what happens when we pull the photograph into a new space? Participants can be anyone who has found or discovered photography and wants to re-experience it by sharing it in today's context. Technical requirements for works: - photographs must be printed analogically and prepared for exhibition; - film must be prepared for showing through an 8mm, 16mm projector or other analog video format; - slides must be framed. The program - not be longer than 15 minutes; - objects, sculptures and other works must function autonomously.
