We believe in the existence and development of countries and stories against hegemonics, to prioritize the perspectives and artistic productions generated from other perspectives that do NOT follow the cis, white, heterosexual and European d'homes . We appeal and trust in self-responsibility to participate in the call according to these criteria. Participation in Ullal is open to individuals, collectives and artistic teams of any age, of all levels (professionals or not) and without restriction by origin or residence.
