For the second edition, after the one in 2022, the Siti Reali Association promotes the “ Royal Photo Contest ” within the context of the Prize of the same name, once again choosing photography as a field of experimentation for the valorization of the Bourbon circuit.
The initiative intends to promote, in fact, a cultural promotion "from below" and an "emotional" cultural enjoyment of the Bourbon sites in southern Italy, using the photographic technique as an expressive tool capable of combining narration, reflection and reading of the landscape, architectural, cultural and productive value of the Bourbon cultural heritage in relation to the local communities of reference.
The contest is aimed at adults who can draw inspiration from the cultural theme indicated in the announcement and from the museum sites and cultural places of the Bourbon circuit present in four regions (Calabria, Campania, Lazio and Sicily) of the territory of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.
The deadline for participating in the competition is set for September 30, 2025 , by which candidates must submit their photographic projects.
Subsequently, the contest jury will proceed to select the winners and award the financial prizes.
