About:
Since its launch in 2008, the Prix pour la Photographie du musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac has championed the development of contemporary photographic art by supporting three artists, whose works subsequently become part of the museum's collection.
The award is aimed at non-European photographic artists, or European citizens resident in overseas countries and territories and the outermost regions. Each laureate will receive a grant of 30.000 € nets to complete the submitted project.
