It is aimed at emerging and up-and-coming photographers under the age of 45, whether working individually or as part of a collective, who live and work in the Grand Est region.

This grant is intended to encourage these artists to carry out a creative project directly related to the philosophical thinking developed by the Nouvel Observatoire du Grand Est within the framework of "L'événement Photographique" 2027, thereby providing support and fostering their professional development.
