FREE ENTRY / Neukölln Art Prize

With its multitude of studios and art spaces, Neukölln is a lively and important location for the current art scene. The Department of Culture recognizes this fact with the annual award of the Neukölln Art Prize. In cooperation with the Neukölln cultural network and the housing association STADT UND LAND , excellent artists from the Neukölln art scene will be honored with a total of €6,000.

All artists with a residence or studio in Neukölln can apply. A jury of experts nominates seven of them for a group exhibition in the Galerie im Saalbau. The three prize winners will be determined as part of the exhibition. (1st prize: 3,000 euros, 2nd prize: 2,000 euros, 3rd prize: 1,000 euros).
