This landscape, mountain, and timelapse photography competition is part of the La Pedriza Festival: Mountain, Cinema, and Adventure , which will take place in the municipalities of Manzanares El Real and Soto del Real.
1. The photography competition is organized by the Manzanares El Real Town Council, with the collaboration of the Soto del Real Town Council. The competent body for organizing and managing the procedure will be the Department of Economic Development of Manzanares El Real, through its technical services. The Manzanares El Real Town Council must approve these Rules for them to take effect.
2.- In accordance with the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law on Subsidies, the management of the awards referred to in these Regulatory Bases will be carried out in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination; effectiveness in the objectives set and efficiency in the allocation and use of public resources.
