They say SEE is all we need to transform reality. The purpose of this Award is to recognize the power of vision for social transformation. Thus, this Award values ​​the artistic dimension, beauty and the ability to attract the gaze of those who observe. Original and unpublished works, using free technique, in black and white or color, whose theme is related to poverty and social exclusion, which have not previously been awarded in other competitions and whose Authorship corresponds to people of legal age, of any nationality and place of residence.
