FREE ENTRY / International Contemporary Photography Competition PHOCO'24. Valdepeñas 2024

All Spanish and foreign artists over 18 years of age who wish to participate in this competition may do so, and who register within the period and in the manner established in the call for entries. Participants in the competition may submit a maximum of 3 works, with or without a thematic unit, having complete freedom of themes, techniques and aesthetic tendencies. Each author, by submitting his or her work, is eligible to be awarded both as a whole and as an individual work. The photographs submitted must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted: • Submission in digital format and in JPG format, with the highest possible resolution (minimum 300 dpi). • The maximum size of the photograph must not exceed 10 Mb. • All photographs must have a title. • They must be free of any type of signal: watermarks, logos, etc. General adjustments to the photographs are permitted, such as exposure, brightness settings, levels, curves, color dominance, saturation, contrast, etc. In any case, the adjustments must not substantially alter the appearance of the original photograph. Images that have been passed through artificial intelligence software will also not be accepted. The author must guarantee that he or she is the sole owner of the copyright on the photograph submitted to the competition and is responsible for ensuring that there are no third party rights on the submitted works. Photographs that have won awards in other competitions, that are part of public or private collections, or that have already been used for commercial purposes will not be accepted.
