The open call for the Off Circuit of the second edition of the Biennale della Fotografia Femminile is finally here!We’re looking for photographic projects to exhibit during the next edition of BFF, which will be held in Mantua, Italy, from March 3rd through the 27th 2022.
The call is open exclusively to all people who identify as female and who are 18 years or older.
The projects must explore this edition’s theme, which is Legacy.We have chosen this theme because we live in a time of great social, climactic and cultural changes, almost all of them not initiated by the latest generation but by previous ones. Now we must use this legacy in the best of ways to model the future. We asked ourselves: how are and how will human beings be able to manage their heredity?
Among the photographers that are selected for exhibition in the Off Circuit, there will be three prizes given by a jury composed of: Mulieris Magazine, Fotofabbrica, Lomography. All materials must be sent by 11:59 pm GMT+1 on September 30th 2021..
