Audubon Community Nature Center - Nature Photo Contest 2025

Audubon Community Nature Center's 2025 Nature Photography Contest gives photographers – young and old, amateur and professional – an opportunity to communicate our shared passion so others may be inspired to become stewards of the natural world.

This year's categories of Birds, Waterscapes, and Single Blooms are destined to inspire: Birds because they are incredible creatures that come in a wide variety of shapes, colors, and sizes; Waterscapes because from large expansive oceans, to rocky stream beds, rushing rivers, and lovely lakes, the earth is full of amazing views that include water; and Single Blooms because flowers are so incredibly delicate and detailed.

Join us to share the beauty you have found in nature and to receive recognition for your work!

Judges will choose a Youth (ages 8 to 18) and an Adult (age 19 and older) winner in the categories of Birds, Waterscapes and Single Blooms. Each of those six winners will receive a $200 cash prize. Three Youth and three Adult Finalists will also be named in each category.

Additional $200 cash prizes will be awarded to the Adult and Youth photos receiving the most Community Choice votes online, and three each will receive honorable mentions. A photo could receive both the Community Choice and a judged award.
