The Cortona On The Move Award is a free open call that aims to provide support to photographers in developing and producing their projects. This award, in partnership with LensCulture, is part of Cortona On The Move's ongoing quest for innovative and original storytelling.

The open call is not restricted to any particular theme and invites entries from various photographic genres that showcase contemporary perspectives and visions. Finalist projects will be revealed and featured on both Cortona On The Move and LensCulture's websites on June 5, 2023. These projects will also be screened during the festival's opening days in Cortona.

There are three awards that will be granted to the finalists, which include: €3,000 for one project that will be exhibited at the next Cortona On The Move edition, and publication of two other projects on LensCulture's website in 2023.

The chosen works will be announced and published on the websites and social media platforms of both Cortona On The Move and LensCulture on June 5, 2023.
