V National Photography Contest “Water in the MAS Space”

A National Photography Award is published with a theme centered on the territory of the Mancomunidad de Aguas del Sorbe. The objective is to show in a photographic, original and attractive way the infrastructure and special idiosyncrasies that allow us to consume water from the Sorbe River, with exceptional characteristics, that we enjoy in the MAS territory.

Images of its specificity and journey from its birth in the Sierra Norte de Guadalajara until it reaches our homes, during the four seasons of the year. Along the route of the Sorbe river we will find violent slate glosses in the stark black or red villages among the rockroses of its wet ravines, the purity of its waters, the Beleña de Sorbe reservoir and the pipes that transport the water from there to the Mohernando water treatment plant, where it is treated and subsequently taken to the different joint municipalities until it reaches Alcalá de Henares, at the end of its journey.
