The Glasgow Gallery of Photography is running an exhibition in September called Movement.

Whether it is using slow shutter speed to capture the blur of movement or a fast shutter speed to freeze someone mid leap, capturing movement is something most photographers have done.

It has been used in a range of different genres of photography, from Sport photography capturing race cars to runners, and Nature photography capturing the beat of a brids wings, movement is all around us.

At the GGoP we want to see your best examples of capturing movement, there is such a wide variety of subject matter that could be captured we can't wait to see what you submit.

Movement is an open call for photographers to submit up to 8 images.
