This competition is open to all; however, an entry may be rejected where the exhibition organisers, in their reasonable discretion, consider that the entry does not comply with the competition rules and these entry conditions. Membership of a photographic organisation is not required. Image creation. The images submitted for participation must come from photographs (images captured using a photosensitive process) taken by the participant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. IMAGES CREATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS EXHIBITION. Please note that all parts of the image must be photographed by the author, who holds the copyright to all works submitted. Offenders will be punished for life! Certification: By submitting an image, the participant certifies that the work is his/her own (Images must not incorporate elements produced by someone else (for example: clip art, images or art by others downloaded from the Internet). Aliases are not permitted. The entrant authorises the organisers to reproduce without compensation all or part of the material submitted for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include publication on a website. Note: Entrants who indicate that their images may not be reproduced or used will not be eligible for prizes or inclusion in the exhibition's audiovisual content and may be disqualified by the exhibition organisers. The exhibition accepts no responsibility for any misuse of copyright. Modification and digital creation: Subject to restrictions related to the specific rules of a section (in particular Nature, Photographic Journeys and Photojournalism), images may be modified, electronically or otherwise, by the author. Adjustments to improve the images or to modify the images creatively are permitted provided that the underlying photograph is retained in a way that is obvious to the viewer. Images may not be constructed entirely using a computer and must be the exclusive work of the author. All parts of the image must be photographed by the author who holds the copyright to all works submitted.
