Therefore, the "Blue Cup" Photo Club'' & International Freelance Photographers Organization (IFPO) announces the holding of an International photography contest that reflects current events in the world, called " Change of Mind 2021". Everyone who loves photography is invited to participate in the competition - people who are not indifferent and have an active life position.
