Call for Work

Artists are invited to submit a maximum of 8 photos for the jury’s consideration. Important: accepted artists must deliver their ready-to-hang prints to Gallery 14 in person.

Submission Guidelines

Between Monday, September 15 and Friday, October 24, 2025, submit your images at: https://client.smarterentry.com/Gallery14. Images must be originated as a photograph and can’t be A.I.-generated. Accepted file format is jpg, maximum 2000 pixels long edge, maximum file size 2MB, no signatures or other identifying marks, labeled: lastname_firstname_title. Selected participants will be notified by December 1.

Awards

Cash awards will be presented for Best in Show, Award of Excellence, and Award of Merit. In addition, three photographs will be awarded Honorable Mention.

Delivery of Work

Photographs selected for the exhibition must be brought to Gallery 14 ready for hanging on Friday, January 2, from 4 - 6 p.m. or Saturday, January 3, from 10 a.m.- noon. Entrants who have work accepted will be sent information about framing requirements and alternative drop off arrangements.
