FREE ENTRY / León es Photo - Exhibitions 2026

With the aim of encouraging and showcasing emerging talent, as well as providing all the necessary resources for the realization of artistic projects in the form of an exhibition, the Department of Cultural Action and Promotion of the City Council of León and León es Photo are promoting the VI Expositivos 25 New Photographic Creation Competition.

Organized and supported by renowned professionals in the field of photography and visual arts, Expositivos 26  acts as a platform from which to cultivate and develop new ideas: facilitating the professionalization of national artists who use the photographic language as their main means of expression.

Expositivos 26  will award four major prizes, each consisting of the production and physical exhibition of the projects selected by the organization's jury, as well as the final allocation of all the works produced to their respective authors.  It is worth noting that two of the four prizes will be awarded to artists born or residing in León (including the province), the latter having been registered as residents before 2025 .
