About:
Foto Arica, the International Photography Festival, is preparing to celebrate its 11th anniversary. The festival has been a focal point in the far north of Chile, creating a space for the promotion and dissemination of Chilean and South American photography, as well as an important platform for international photography. This year, the guest country is Italy , where the festival will be held in partnership with the Portaportese community in Rome.
Preventing the decentralization of the towns of the Arica and Parinacota region is essential, which is why they will have a special presence.
This year we invited photographers from Chile, South America, Italy, and the world to be part of this eleventh edition, sharing with you the RULES for participation, which are free of charge.
As an International Festival, we are preparing to receive your submissions. Applications will be open until April 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Chilean time.
