In 2011, the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo, with the support of the University Board of Trustees, organized for the first time the multidisciplinary meeting to promote, disseminate and appreciate artistic creation and visual communication in a space for reflection and debate around the aesthetics, meanings and value of images in their various genres, expressions and applications; having as its thematic axis "Environment".
