We're excited to announce that submissions are now open for AQ Volume VII, our collectible hardcover catalog produced in collaboration with Art Queens.

This fall edition will be juried by Danielle Krysa, the artist, curator, author, and creative powerhouse behind The Jealous Curator.

Danielle is a leading voice in contemporary art. She launched The Jealous Curator in 2009 to reframe the way we talk about creativity—and has since built a global platform that uplifts emerging and mid-career artists. She's the author of several bestselling books, including Creative Block, Collage, Your Inner Critic Is a Big Jerk, and A Big Important Art Book (Now with Women).

She's curated exhibitions from Washington, DC to Los Angeles and Toronto, spoken on stages at TEDx, PIXAR, CreativeLive, and been featured in Oprah Magazine, Fast Company, Frankie, Apartment Therapy, and Brain Pickings. As both a curator and working artist herself, Danielle brings depth, humor, and sharp insight to everything she does.

This volume of AQ is dedicated to amplifying the voices of women and non-binary artists—those who remain vastly underrepresented in galleries and museums.

Despite making up over 50% of MFA graduates, women artists account for less than 15% of those represented by galleries globally—and only 3–5% of major museum collections.

We created AQ as a small but powerful step toward changing that.
