2nd Photography Contest: Silent Architecture

As Bruno Zevi said, we can remain oblivious to music, painting, sculpture, But, as much as we would like, it is impossible not to experience Architecture. She is always there, giving shelter and support to all our activities, the most common and the most extraordinary. Perhaps because of that daily presence, sometimes we are not aware of its existence, in the same way that we are not aware of our breathing.

For this reason, on this occasion, we are going to ask you, for a moment, to become aware of that ARCHITECTURE that surrounds us every day and which we normally do not notice. And within it, that you focus your objectives on that Architecture of the province of Ciudad Real that, without fanfare, is part of our memory, without great fanfare makes up our present, without noise it gives hope to our future, without words, in silence.

We seek that architecture that is worth a thousand words and that with its silence, is present every day, not only in our historical sites and in our great monuments, but in every corner of our geography, identifying a land like nothing else does.
